Where can I purchase a Veekoo gift card?
Veekoo gift cards are available for purchase in several convenient ways:
  • Digital Gift Cards: You may purchase a digital gift card by selecting the link for your preferred location above. Please double-check the location before purchasing, as Veekoo gift cards are not universal between all restaurants.
  • In-Restaurant: Physical gift cards may be purchased at any participating Veekoo location during regular business hours. (Please see our Locations & Hours page for details.)
  • Costco: Veekoo gift card bundles are available at select Costco locations, including King of Prussia and Sanatoga.
How can I check the balance of my gift card?
You can check your balance at any time using the “Check Gift Card Balance” button above. If you prefer personal assistance, please feel free to email us at info@veekoorestaurants.com and we will be happy to help verify the value for you.
Where can I use my gift card?
Participating locations are listed on the back of each physical gift card.
  • Veekoo Berwyn and Veekoo Royersford: Gift cards may be redeemed interchangeably at either location.
  • Veekoo Bryn Mawr: Gift cards may be redeemed exclusively at the Bryn Mawr location.
We kindly encourage guests to confirm location eligibility prior to their visit to ensure the best possible experience.
How do I redeem my gift card?
  • Physical Gift Card: Please present your physical card at the time of payment. For security and verification purposes, we are unable to redeem classic physical cards without the original card in hand.
    • For in-house delivery orders, the delivery driver will collect the gift card when your order is delivered.
    • For phone orders placed for pick-up, the curbside attendant or host will collect the physical gift card when you arrive.
  • Digital Gift Card: Digital gift cards may be redeemed by showing the gift card page on your mobile device or by providing a printed copy. Please ensure that the gift card number and barcode are clearly visible for proper processing.
Gift Card Terms & Conditions
Veekoo gift cards are issued for the convenience and enjoyment of our guests. To ensure a smooth and fair experience for all diners, the following terms apply:
  • General Use
    • Gift cards may be used toward the purchase of food, non-alcoholic beverages, alcoholic beverages (where permitted), and applicable taxes at participating Veekoo locations.
    • Gift cards are valid for dine-in, takeout, and in-house delivery orders, subject to location eligibility.
    • For the safety and security of our guests, the original card must be presented for any redemption.
  • Restrictions
    • Gift cards cannot be used to pay for gratuity or service charges.
    • Gift cards cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards.
    • Gift cards cannot be used as deposits or payments for private dining, catering, or large-party events.
    • Gift cards are not accepted on third-party delivery platforms (e.g., Caviar, UberEats, DoorDash, Grubhub).
    • Gift cards may not be combined with discounts, promotional offers, coupons, holiday specials, or limited-time pricing unless explicitly stated.
Delivery & Pick-Up Orders
To protect guests from unauthorized card use and to ensure accurate processing:
  • For in-house delivery orders, physical gift cards must be collected by the delivery driver at the time of delivery.
  • For phone orders picked up curbside or in-restaurant, the gift card will be collected at the time of pick-up by a host or curbside attendant.
Refunds & Adjustments
Refunds, order adjustments, or cancellations cannot be returned to or reloaded onto a gift card once the transaction is processed. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used during the transaction (excluding gift cards).
Value, Replacement & Expiration
  • Gift cards have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash, except where required by state law.
  • Please treat your gift card like cash. Veekoo is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, altered, or improperly used cards.
  • Unused balances will remain on the card for future visits.
Additional Terms
  • Veekoo reserves the right to decline acceptance of a gift card if the card number is unreadable, altered, counterfeit, or obtained through unauthorized channels.
  • Use of a Veekoo gift card constitutes acceptance of all Terms & Conditions.
  • Terms are subject to change without notice to comply with updated regulations or operational policies.
